Empower A Small Business Entrepreneur
Our current declining economy in the USA has had a worldwide ripple effect! Due to our current economic crunch a tighter reign on the pocket is smart as well as advisable. I don’t know anyone who has not been impacted in some way or another. Whoever would have thought ten years ago we would be here? There are so many going through all around the world! You would be simply amazed how a very small loan of a few dollars can tremendously help and empower a Small Business Entrepreneur start or finance a business.
If you are truly interested in making a difference in the lives of others or a giver and want to reach out and help someone it is still possible to do so. You have the opportunity to change someone’s life through a wonderful program called Kiva! After returning from Africa and wondering how they could help! Kiva was founded by Matt Flannery and Jessica Jackley. They started Kiva by making (7) seven small micro loans. They now have reached out all over the world. Thousands have been and are being helped. It is simply amazing!
Giving all year round is the way to go and Kiva provides and excellent source to do just that. With the Holiday season upon us I would like to share this wonderful website with anyone who is interested? Kiva is a community of lenders and givers! It is an excellent place to help others all year around as well! Working together as a team you can help so many others because every little bit counts! I recommend even if you don’t join to check it out! Kiva is a wonderful website that “helps to alleviate poverty!” No matter what is going in there is always someone else that is doing worst than you. This gives you the opportunity to still "reach out" and help improve and touch the lives of others.
Kiva is a wonderful network of people who have gotten together to help people all over the world. “ You choose who to lend to - whether a baker in Afghanistan, a goat herder in Uganda, a farmer in Peru, a restaurateur in Cambodia, a fisherman in Vietnam, or a tailor in Iraq - and as they repay their loan, you get your money back. It's a powerful and sustainable way to empower someone right now to lift themselves out of poverty.”
Through Kiva you can help encourage and empower many different Small Business Entrepreneurs from all over the world. A regular online report is readily accessible as to their progress. What their business is all about? What they are doing, who they are, how they are progressing and where they are? You can loan or give a gift certificate. You are provided with a data-rich transparent lending platform! You can browse and select as many or as few you would like to help. A micro loan is disbursed through Kiva’s many field representatives. No need for concern? You can readily see how your funds are used to help. Entrepreneurs are available from a vast number of countries across the globe for you to select from! It is all handled fastidiously and in a professional manner! It is a reputable, responsible bonafide organization! After the loan is repaid, you can request a refund, relend or donate your monies to Kiva. It is a wonderful rewarding experience!
“Kiva’s mission is to connect people through lending for the sake of alleviating poverty.” Kiva is the world's first person-to-person micro-lending website, empowering individuals to lend to unique entrepreneurs around the globe.” For more information visit them at Kiva.org

I keep saying I will do this - and then something comes up and I forget about it and then I plan it again - it takes so little and then I forget...I am going to bookmark your hub - so it will be my reminder.
And thanks for the reminder!
I'm sure that if you are behind it sister, it is a worthy cause. We always want to know where our money goes so every penny is used to glorify the Lord Jesus. Thank you for giving us another opportunity to sow seed of Christian faith. Loveya.
I've never heard of Kiva before, but it sounds like a nice alternative to help out others less fortunate around the world. It also sounds a lot more beneficial in the long run, because when businesses start to recover, so to will the economy in general. Great read!
very thorough article, well written.
